Chronic Anxiety
Anxiety is a natural and common human emotion characterized by feelings of unease, worry, or fear in response to stressors or perceived threats. It's important to note that experiencing occasional anxiety is normal and even adaptive, as it can help us stay alert and respond to potentially dangerous situations. However, when anxiety becomes excessive, persistent, and interferes with daily life, it may be indicative of an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety disorders are mental health conditions characterized by excessive, irrational, and persistent worry, fear, or dread that interferes with daily functioning. Common anxiety disorders include Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Specific Phobias.
